Download Open-Camera on the phone you want to use as a camera and on the phone you'll watch on. Both need the same app — it works in both modes.
On the camera phone, tap "Server" and show the QR code. On the viewer phone, tap "Add Device" and scan it. The owner of the camera approves the connection once.
